She takes a holistic approach to health and wellness by not just treating the symptoms of the illness or injury but investigating the root causes to balance the whole body. COVID-19 Safety

For your safety

Elizabeth Ko, L. Ac., wears an N95 mask and a plastic face shield while in the office. Between each patient, the rooms are disinfected with a UVC light and all surfaces that are have been contacted are disinfected with 70% alcohol. Elizabeth also washes her hands between each patient. Elizabeth avoids touching patients' faces unless there's an issue with that area. She also is tested every other week for COVID-19.

Requirements for patients

Patients must be free of dry cough, fever, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, a new loss of taste or smell, or a sore throat combined with muscle pain, headaches, or fatigue. Patients must not come to the office if they've been in contact with anyone who has had any of those symptoms in the last 14 days. Patients that have tested positive for COVID-19 must notify the office. Each patient's temperature is taken upon arrival to the office. Patients are required to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer. Patients are required to wear a mask throughout the time of the treatment. If patients have difficulty breathing while face down, a pillow case will be used as a face covering.
